Gymnastics is the hardest, most challenging sport both mentally and physically to any person who has ever tried to train in it, but that is what makes it worth while, the long hours, the streching your body to its abseloute limits, that is what it is all about, achieving the impossible, achieving perfection, and if one person did exactly that it is Shawn Johnson, the increadible woman who won the BB gold in Beijing, and inspired so many people to try and be perfect not to everyone's standards but to their own.
